Motivation…NOT…Where are you, I need to work!

Motivation is something that we need for many aspects of our lives. Sometimes just getting up out of bed we need to call on our motivation. When we don’t have motivation our lives can come to a stand still, be it work, relationships, just fun on our days off.

motivation vs habit

Motivation is history

I went to the doctor last week and he had changed up my meds. Added another med to go with what I was on. Hoping it would help with my fatigue and lack of motivation. But I am afraid it has the opposite effect. So tired and I have NO motivation, that’s my life I guess lol. So now I have to decide to quit taking the med or wait a few more days and see if I can adjust. Which is what I think I am going to do. Make sure I give it a fair chance.

In the meantime, I am getting nothing done. I think about working on any digital prints or journal cards but I just can’t get moving. My freebie still sets in a folder waiting to be implemented into the blog. Even this post is like pulling teeth; I want to try to get a post out every Friday, even if it isn’t about the topic I wanted to write about. This post should have should be about “What is pocket style scrapbooking – Project Life” Will try again maybe Tuesday next week to get that one done.

Motivation I need you!!

I had a problem before with motivation not being around and I really need to find a way to work through it. I read on Fizzle that they are doing a new online course about motivation that I wish I could join up and take it. They did give a little tidbit and it requires journaling. The bottom line is to journal every afternoon about what you expect to get done and what you learn or you can try it in the morning with what you need to do and why it is important. I think I should try doing the one in the morning. Maybe it will help me get over the hump.

If you have any motivation tips and tricks please leave them in the comments. Would love to try them out and see how they would work for me.

The whole point of this blog is to follow someone with a mental illness while trying to develop a successful business. I guess I am really showing the down side of it right now. I hope you continue to follow, cause it has to get better :).

This is gonna be short and sweet so until next time….
