Halloween Journal Cards, Project Life

2017 Project Life Halloween Journal Cards

I finally got my first set of Project Life cards done. I chose to do Halloween being it is right around the corner. If you have never heard of Project Life or pocket style scrapbooking I will be doing a post on it real soon. They are technically just digital journal cards for any form of scrapbooking. So stay tuned.

Once I got started the motivation was there but I did cheat a little bit. I started doing the cards in the afternoon and later on, I got tired so I quit for the night. Well, while I was just sitting down watching tv different sayings and ideas just kept coming into my head so I wrote them down. Smart huh lol. The next day once I finally got started working on the cards the flow was just there. I had done more than I had even intended to do.

Still working on what really works for motivation but so far just getting it started is helping me. They look pretty good if I say so myself.

Included for Project Life

There are 3×4, 4×3, 4×4, 4×6, and 6×4 cards to fit in the pocket pages. The most being 3×4 but I got carried away before I realized I needed to make different sizes. lol. It does help that the majority are 3×4 so it worked out nicely. To design the cards I used Photoshop Elements. The graphics were purchased through sellers on Etsy. I am not that gifted. Soon I will be viewing some tutorials on how to make clipart so that someday maybe I will be using my own graphics.

Halloween Journal Cards, Project Life, Pocket Style Scrapbooking, Journal Cards,

There are one or two cards that I am not particularly fond of but hoping someone else will like them. I tend to create in regards to what I like. That is not necessarily a good thing but right now that is how I do it. One day when I get more experience I will be able to judge what others prefer and will gear my designs that way.

If you are interested in buying them, 36 cards in all, just click on either picture. The link will take you to the Etsy store where they are located.
